How to avoid error on loading xlsce file: comma instead of point in number format |

On some computers, when users load a saved workbook in xlsce format, they encounter an error due to the presence of comma instead of point as decimal separator. The excel file was created using point as decimal separator.
The error continues even if the user changes the settings in Microsoft Excel about decimal separator, choosing the point instead of comma. |
Solution:
The problem is in the Windows settings for number format. Changing the decimal separator to point (.) and the thousands separator to apex (’) fixes the problem.
