🔲Windows 11 24H2 with KB5046740 Compatibility Fix
We resolved a major issue caused by the Windows 11 edition 24H2 KB5046740 update, which led to the Add-in 2 System Error. Code 33. This fix ensures smooth operation of XLS Padlock, restoring full compatibility with the latest updates from Microsoft.

🔲Bug Fixes and Improvements
We have focused on addressing several user-reported issues:

The help file in XLS Padlock failed to open.

Key Generator Improvements: Our Key Generator Tool in XLS Padlock now ensures better validation of input: it no longer allows the creation of keys with irrelevant configurations, such as expiration dates in the past. Note that applications were not accepting such keys after restart and verification. Other key generators will also be updated soon.

Manual Deactivation Enhancements:

If automated deactivation fails, a Manual Deactivation option now appears in all cases, ensuring smooth license management.

The manual deactivation certificate now includes details like the remaining number of days or runs, enabling you to refund customers accurately for unused portions of their licenses.

We fixed the issue with the -deact parameter not compatible with the “Only allow one instance of the protected workbook”.

Improved UI for certain XLS Padlock configuration pages. We have started upgrading the UI to prepare for the upcoming multi-language support in XLS Padlock and to resolve some glitches (UI controls not appearing correctly on certain screens).
