Hardware-Locking Save Files to a Computer

This option prevents end-users from sharing their save files. When enabled, the application creates hardware-locked save files, which can only be opened on the computer where they were created. If a user attempts to open a save file on a different computer, it will fail to load.

The application embeds the computer’s unique system ID into the save file and verifies it upon loading.
